I have a Jetta that I always bring here for service and repair, this time I found out that the diagnostic price went up just because the mechanic could not figure out why the horn was not working? So they called me and asked for more money to do another diagnostic? they charging me $440 for that one, they said something very strange was happening and the 2 mechanic didn't know what was happening with the car. So I went to the service department and they said that the found what was happening and I have to pay for diagnostic the $440.00 plus the cost of the parts and labor. I do not know much about this things so I called my son I he said that they shouldn't charge more of the initial diagnostic amount just because their mechanics did not know what was happening. The initial cost of diagnostic should cover for it. I am very disappointed of the service at Reeves after been their customer for so long. I will never take my cars there again.Great experience with Reeves this time, great service. They went above and beyond to help with the service. Thanks again for being so great.

I spent time in thr service dept and Sales dept today. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff there were over worked and one or two more service managers would have made some waiting customers move along quicker. The wait however was handled with a smile. I was impressed with the cleanliness and ambience of the building. A big thank you to David and Rick as well as Toni. Zack in sales was very personable and finalized my visit and future requirements.
I can't say enough good things about Roman and The Reeves Dealership Crew. They were kind, flexible and accommodating. I was purchasing a used car that is not very pricey at all and they couldn't have been more patient and helpful to me. The experience could have easily been an S* show but they just did whatever it took to make sure I was in a good quality car at the right price. I literally can't wait to come back and purchase another car from them... hopefully something a little more awesome. Thanks, guys!
Toni Wyman, VW Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. She called me shortly after I dropped off my car, gave me update, and texted me when the car was ready to be picked up. She has been my VW service advisor for three years and hope Reeves will keep her and don't let her leave. She deserve for her outstanding customer service, communication and her smiling face.

Had an issue trying to get a hold of the Service Dept. Someone did call me back and was very apologetic and explained that had some IT issues with their phones. Very nice woman spoke to me and assured me they will take this seriously to resolve the issue.
Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and customer focus. Not overbearing or pushy on recommended services. Very understanding of the customer’s stress of having to deal with car issues. Elijah and Toni were amazing.

My husband and I had a great experience with Reeves VW. We called ahead of time asking for a hold on the vehicle we wanted to look at (2017 GTI) since we were driving from Orlando. Rodney held the car for us until we got there. He made the process easy and smooth. Reeves gave us what we asked for on our trade without issue, they were fair and did not lowball us. Reeves also came down to a better price for us when we showed the comps that were sold cheaper on the GTI. We came to an agreement and bought the car, and took it home that day. Rodney was very patient while we worked with our financing company over the phone for the final processing- it took for freaking ever, but he remained patient and never pressured or rushed us. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience.
