Bought a new car one month ago, felt the alignment was off. The sales department met me at service and took care of the alignment. The service department called a few days before to inform methat without the sales approval I would be charged. Overall both departments did a great job!

I was traveling from TN to Fl. to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter when I experienced car trouble with my VW. It was late and everything was closed. I made it to Reeves VW early on Wednesday morning. Melissa the Service advisor was very helpful. She got my car in quickly and they had a part in stock and had me back on the road in just a couple hours. The repair was covered under warranty. When you are 700 miles from home, that was a relief!!! I would like to thank everyone at Reeves VW for a quick and professional experience, especially the younger mechanic that took the time to explain to me what the problem was and why it caused so many warning lights on my dash. ?? up for him and Melissa for their professional service and great attitudes!
This was the first time I had my GTI services at Reeves. The appointment was easy to schedule online and from the time I dropped off my keys, until the repairs were complete, Melissa provided regular updates to set my eta expectation and shared the progress that was being made. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, she even arranged a test drive with the tech that worked on my car.
I had an awful phone experience with Kuhn and decided to go to Reeves on a whim and I am happy I did. Melissa Eck was so polite, so helpful, and amazing at multi tasking as she helped me and 3 other customers at the same time. Reeves has meticulously thought through the customer experience in order to create a welcoming atmosphere where you a treated as if you are the most important customer of the day. The Service dept area is immaculate, free refreshments while you wait, concerned service managers who remember your name, your service needs and don't take advantage of their customers. I was a 9-car- loyal customer of another car brand when I decided to try Reeves. From the showroom ecperience to the service experience Reeves has no equal. I will never buy a car from another dealer.
